There are three ZX Spectrum Models that have 128K RAM.
The first is the ZX Spectrum 128 also known as the Toastrack because of its heatsink on the right hand side of its keyboard.
Based on ebay prices the lowest these have been sold for recently is £99.99 which is a bargain in my opinion.
The most one of these has gone recently for is £299.99 but this is in very good condition complete with box and accessories.

The next is the ZX Spectrum +2. This is the first ZX Spectrum with an integrated Cassette Deck.
Based on current ebay prices the lowest these have been sold for recently is £22.00 which is a probably a faulty computer with no other accessories but still has loads of potential for restoration.
The highest price one of these has been sold for recently for is £410.00 but this is in an unused immaculate condition complete with box and accessories.
The last is the ZX Spectrum +3. This model has a built in 3 inch disk drive.

The highest price one of these has been sold for recently for is £199.99 and this is in full working condition complete accessories.
